Leadership. Resilience. Adventure.

Learning leadership in one of the world’s most rugged landscapes creates leaders others want to follow.

The Tasmanian wilderness provides the ideal backdrop to fast-track leader development.

Some activities are designed to challenge, like caving, cold water immersion or striving for the summit of Cradle Mountain. But it’s the uncertainty in an unfamiliar, undistracted environment that is crucial to building resilience and leadership.

Nightly reflections reinforce the day’s learning. And high-performance coaching helps your team reach a new level of effectiveness.

Guided by our world-class facilitators your team learns:

  • How to handle tough conversations
  • How to move towards fear
  • Proven techniques to reduce stress and anxiety
  • How to create a successful team culture

This is an experiential program. Leadership is learnt outdoors but build outdoors. It will create a reference point for each team member to look back on and say ‘I did that, so I can get through this.’
