Psychological Safety Webinars
Practical, experience based webinars designed to lift trust, strengthen communication and help teams perform at their best — wherever they are.
Overview
Psychological Safety Webinars
A high performing team is built on trust, confidence and open communication.
Our psychological safety webinars give teams the practical tools, behaviours and shared language they need to speak up, collaborate effectively and support one another under pressure. Many organisations simply prefer the convenience and flexibility of online delivery, and these webinars offer a highly engaging, experience based way to strengthen resilience, lift performance and create a healthier, safer culture where people can do their best work.
Why Psychological Safety Matters
Teams thrive when people feel safe to contribute ideas, ask questions, challenge thinking and admit when they need help. When psychological safety is strong, communication improves, mistakes are addressed early and collaboration becomes easier. Decision making becomes sharper. Creativity increases. Wellbeing rises.
A psychologically safe environment does not lower standards — it creates the conditions where high performance becomes possible.
Our psychological safety webinar series helps teams understand these principles in a relatable, human way, and provides clear, practical guidance for building psychological safety in everyday work environments, whether people are onsite, online or a mix of both.

About
What These Webinars Cover
Delivered in two focused 60 minute blocks, our psychological safety webinars are designed for clarity, engagement and a smooth online learning experience.
Block 1 – Understanding Psychological Safety
Participants explore:
- What psychological safety is and is not
- Why teams with higher psychological safety perform better
- The real cost of silence and withholding information
- Everyday barriers that prevent people from speaking up
- The four foundations of psychological safety: Inclusivity, Respect, Permission and Belonging
Interactive polls, breakout discussions and digital whiteboards encourage honest reflection and help teams identify what strengthens or weakens psychological safety in their current online environment.

Block 2 – Building Psychological Safety
This module focuses on real behavioural change. Teams learn:
- Leader and team behaviours that lift psychological safety
- How small, consistent actions build trust over time
- The progression from fear to trust and high performance
- “Red Flags and Green Flags” that shape everyday culture
The session concludes with a digital Team Psychological Safety Charter — a co-created set of behavioural agreements that guide how the team communicates, listens and works together online and in person.
Participants also identify individual behavioural commitments to put into action immediately.

our relationships
We have worked with respected organisations including Victoria Police, Telstra, Adobe, Bluescope, Clinical Labs, Delta Air Lines and the Victorian Department of Health. These partnerships reflect the depth, quality and credibility of our work. When teams and leaders from such diverse and high performing environments trust us to deliver resilience, wellbeing and psychological safety programs, it reinforces the responsibility we carry. Their expectations push us to deliver practical, evidence-based training that is grounded, relevant and immediately useful in the real world.
Working with organisations across policing, aviation, technology, healthcare, government and industry gives us a unique window into the pressures people face and the support they genuinely need. These experiences shape the way we design and deliver our programs, ensuring our frameworks are tested across different contexts and challenges. It means that every workshop, every program and every learning experience is informed by what actually helps people adapt, collaborate and perform under pressure — not theory alone, but applied insight gained from working alongside some of the most trusted organisations in Australia and beyond.
