Each guide provides simple, practical activities that reinforce what you have learned and keep you accountable as you build new habits. The activities encourage reflection, small weekly actions and consistent practice across physical, emotional and social resilience and psychological recovery — making the program more effective, more engaging and easier to stick with.

Over the past three years, David Buttifant and Nick Farr from Resilience Builders have invested deeply in designing and developing the eResilience online training program. Drawing on decades of experience in resilience, high performance and behavioural change, they built a course that is practical, evidence-based and genuinely transformative.
