Resilience For Teams teaches your people how to perform under pressure, effective stress management techniques and builds lasting resilience.
Overview
A Resilience Training Program for Teams in Tasmania
Perfect for teams navigating change, pursuing high performance, or simply needing to reconnect, Resilience For Teams Tasmania is an immersive resilience training program for teams designed to strengthen bonds and unlock potential. Set within the breathtaking Cradle MountainโLake St Clair National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed wilderness, this experience provides an extraordinary backdrop for reflection, growth, and renewal.
This is not a boot camp. While some activities are designed to challenge โ because that is how resilience is built โ the emphasis is on growth, trust, and shared purpose. Participants are guided through meaningful experiences that foster genuine connection, teamwork, and self-awareness. Each day blends outdoor activities with expert facilitation, helping your people apply the principles of resilience in real time. Evenings are spent reflecting together, turning moments from the day into practical tools your team can use back at work.
The environment is positive and nurturing โ not competitive or intimidating. Whether your goal is to strengthen collaboration, develop leadership capability, or reignite motivation, this team resilience training program offers a safe and supportive space for developing resilience that lasts well beyond your time in Tasmania.

โDavid, Nick and Ben are highly engaging and experienced professionals to lead you through an amazing trip. I got a lot more than I expected out of it. A bit of pain, a bit of honesty, a bit of courage and a whole lot of fun. I have already recommended the program to friends and colleagues as the self-learnings and skills I gained are a serious game changer!โ

Day 2
Challenge and Growth
After breakfast, the program moves outdoors, combining physical and reflective experiences designed to stretch comfort zones in supportive ways. Expect a balance of guided hikes, group challenges, and resilience workshops โ all tailored to explore adaptability, mindset, and effective communication under pressure.
The focus is on learning through experience. Participants discover how to stay calm and resourceful when faced with uncertainty, and how to bring out the best in one another. Evening reflections encourage the group to connect the dayโs insights to real workplace dynamics, followed by another nourishing group dinner and fireside conversation.

Day 3
Integration and Team Dynamics
Wake to the crisp mountain air and enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading back into the landscape for a full day of immersive team activities. Todayโs focus is on bringing together the skills and insights developed during the resilience training program for teams โ communication, perspective taking, shared problem solving, and practical resilience.
Weather permitting, the morning may include a longer group hike or an outdoor navigation challenge that requires teams to collaborate, make decisions under pressure, and adjust their approach as conditions change. These experiences are intentionally designed to mirror real workplace environments where adaptability and psychological safety determine how well teams function under stress.
After lunch, the program shifts to a series of facilitated scenarios and resilience workshops. Here, participants dive deeper into how trust is built, how conflict can be handled constructively, and how each personโs unique strengths contribute to overall team performance.
As the day winds down, an extended debrief helps the group connect their outdoor learnings to practical, day-to-day behaviours back in their organisation. A final group dinner rounds out the evening, offering time to relax, reflect, and enjoy the quiet magic of Cradle Mountain before the final morning session tomorrow.
