    Locations

    Our experiential resilience programs are delivered in some of Australia’s most inspiring wilderness environments. In Tasmania, programs are based within Cradle Mountain Lake St Clair National Park, including sections of the iconic Overland Track. In Victoria, programs are delivered throughout the High Country, including the Mt Buller, Mt Feathertop, Mt Hotham, and Falls Creek regions. In New South Wales, programs can be delivered within the spectacular Blue Mountains and other suitable wilderness locations.

    Regardless of location, every program combines outdoor challenge, facilitated learning, and structured reflection to help participants build resilience, strengthen communication, develop leadership capability, enhance psychological safety, and improve their ability to adapt and perform under pressure.

    For organisations seeking a truly transformational experience, our Everest Base Camp Resilience Program takes participants into the heart of the Himalayas. Over 13 days, participants combine one of the world’s most iconic trekking adventures with practical resilience training, guided reflection, and shared experiences that build confidence, adaptability, and psychological recovery.

    Set within the wilderness of Cradle Mountain, this program combines outdoor challenge and facilitated learning to build resilience, trust, communication, and leadership.
