Build your resilience in one of the world’s most rugged and beautiful landscapes.
The Tasmanian wilderness provides the ideal backdrop to fast-track resilience development.
Some activities are designed to challenge, like canyoning, caving or striving for the summit of Cradle Mountain. Some will rejuvenate, like mindfulness and cold water immersion. But it’s the uncertainty in an unfamiliar, undistracted environment that is crucial to building resilience.
Nightly reflections reinforce the day’s learning. And high-performance coaching helps your team reach a new level of effectiveness.
Guided by our world-class facilitators you will learn:
This is an experiential program. Resilience can be learnt indoors but it’s built outdoors. It will create a reference point for each team member to look back on and say ‘I did that, so I can get through this.’
Meeting at Launceston Airport early in the morning we travel to Cradle Mountain National Park. En route, we’ll explore the amazing underworld of Tasmania’s wild caves at Mole Creek. Overnight at Waldheim Cabins.
Today we explore the National Park and strive for the summit of Cradle Mountain. We return to our cabin accommodation for evening reflection and coaching.
Today we’ll launch off waterfalls, abseil down cliffs and shoot through nature’s waterslides. Canyoning in the World Heritage wilderness at Cradle Mountain = next level adventure.
*Note: This activity is subject to weather, river and canyon conditions. Canyoning can be dangerous if there is a chance of the river flooding. In the event we are unable to participate in this activity due to unsafe conditions, a substitute activity will be organised.
Depart Cradle Mountain and transfer to Launceston Airport by private bus.
We partner with Resilience Builders to take the mental strength component of leadership to a whole new level and they always deliver 100% of the time.
If you have a new team under your leadership, and this team needs to get to know each other quickly and learn how to work together effectively, with trust, this program is the one you should look at.
David and Nick were brilliant at conducting a workshop that met the needs of my team whilst at the same time the needs of each individual. At the end of the session we walked away knowing our colleagues just that little bit better, and with a tangible result.
