We all know that life can be unpredictable – and sometimes really tough – which is why we have developed the online learning program, eResilience.
An online, self-paced wellbeing program which will provide you with practical and effective strategies (we call these ‘Tools for Tough Times’) which can build your resilience and make life’s inevitable difficult moments more manageable. View our Course Guide to find out more.
The course contains 5 modules, with each module taking between 45 and 60 minutes to complete, and for best results we suggest setting aside 1 hour in your weekly schedule, for a period of 6 weeks.
eResilience can currently be accessed for free by up to 2,500 eligible Victorians living in regional Victoria, funded by the Victorian Government Department of Health.
